Ali is a Pakistani documentary filmmaker living in Brooklyn. Her previous editing and producing credits include the Emmy-nominated feature documentaries Among the Believers (Tribeca, PBS), Unladylike2020: The Changemakers (PBS), and Insha’Allah Democracy (DOC NYC, BBC). Her films have been screened at over fifty film festivals in more than thirty countries, including SXSW, IDFA, Sheffield International Documentary Festival, CPH:DOX, Documentary Edge Festival, and Vancouver International Film Festival.
Reuben Rogak, Co-Producer
Rogak is a filmmaker and editor with extensive experience in both narrative and documentary storytelling. In addition to his work in film, he has spent several years teaching film production and editing. His recent projects include the Emmy-winning series Trafficked with Mariana Van Zeller and an upcoming Netflix docuseries exploring Hurricane Katrina two decades later. He also contributed to The Perfect Neighbor, a Netflix feature documentary that premiered at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival.

Leichter is an award-winning documentary producer, director, and impact producer with over thirty years of experience using media for social change. Her passion and purpose are to use stories to move audiences emotionally and inspire change. Leichter produced and directed Here One Day, about mental illness and suicide in her family. The film premiered at IDFA and won Best Documentary and the Jury Prize at the Scottish Mental HealthArts & Film Festival.
